GTT to Provide Tank Design for ADNOC Logistics & Services LNG Carrier Fleet

GTT (Gaztransport & Technigaz) has been selected to provide the tank design for four new liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers. These vessels are being constructed for ADNOC Logistics & Services (ADNOC L&S), the maritime logistics and shipping subsidiary of the ADNOC Group, based in the United Arab Emirates.

The contract specifies GTT's membrane containment system technology for the cryogenic tanks aboard these newbuilds. This system is crucial for safely transporting LNG at extremely low temperatures, maintaining its liquid state during transit.

The construction of these LNG carriers is proceeding at an undisclosed Chinese shipyard. This collaboration marks a continued engagement between ADNOC L&S and shipbuilding facilities in East Asia for its fleet expansion initiatives.
