Newsletter subscriptions: the email address you submit, the page you submitted it from, and the date.
Correction and contact submissions: the message you send and any contact details you choose to include.
Technical data: aggregate request and performance information used to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

We use your email address only to send the Atlas Market & Trade Briefing and, where relevant, to reply to you. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Retention

Subscription records are retained until you unsubscribe. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed for editorial accountability.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@atlascommoditygroup.com. Every briefing email contains an unsubscribe link.

Processors

We use infrastructure and email delivery providers who process data on our behalf under contract, and only on our instructions.
